A set of three posters and an accompanying website designed to communicate the concepts behind Public/Pirate Community Radio, a project submitted by Andres Colubri, Patrick Tierney and David Elliot to ISEA 2009 at the University of Ulster, UK. Public/Pirate Community Radio is a prototype for an ad hoc mesh network of micro-powered radio transmitters (Summer 2009).
